Data Integrity Program includes re-engineering key databases such as the charge description master (CDM), order entry, pharmacy system and sub-systems, supply chain procurement systems and client item file cleansing with all documentation, dispensing systems, charging practices, protocols, workflow and charging forms related to these services. ESI provides:

• Monitoring and analytics in real-time of all aspects of revenue cycle processing
• Automatically prioritizes and distributes tasks based on the role and skill of the resources
• Step-by-step workflows that automate the maze of complex policy, procedures, charge tickets, charging protocols, and their timely and accurate completion
• Escalate problems for fast resolution
• Consolidate revenue data from all sources of information: legacy systems (scheduling, registrations, medical records, billing, supply/pharmacy or other subsystems), intermediaries, and payers
• Access revenue knowledge for contract management compliance, Medicare rules and organization policy
• Breakdowns of complex processes into a set of “dependent” interactions where each step is a workflow that can be easily managed, tracked, and completed
